To get started, complete the Credit Application and Credit Card Authorization form through our secure DocuSign link. Before you begin, make sure you have the required information ready:
- If you’re applying for a credit account, you’ll need three trade references.
- If you’re setting up a COD account, a valid credit card is required.
Once you’ve filled out the form, press finish to submit your application.
Our team will review your submission and follow up once your account has been approved and opened. From there, you can streamline ordering, simplify billing, and keep your supply running without the usual hassle.
